Converting non-existent files or URL's

When converting a non-existent source (local file on disk or any URL) iSiloX always displays a status of 'Successful conversion). I believe this is wrong.

I really think iSiloX should:
a) Cancel the conversion without generating an empty pdb file.
b) Display a status of 'Conversion faild'

The problem is, that iSiloX generates an empty pdb file, which overwrites the previous (valid) version of the doc...
