iSilo with blank Device ID and User Id

I've purchased iSilo 5.24 for Android for my Samsung Galaxy Tab SHW-M180K. The serial is 015xx-F7Cxx.

When I go to System Information, Device ID and User ID and User Name will be blank. The cursor will blink in the field, but no input be allowed.

Please help me solve this problem. If you are going to send a file, please make it to "suamigo@empas.com"

We have posted a beta that has some changes that should allow iSilo to display a Device and User ID for that case. Could you please give the beta a try and let us know whether it shows a Device ID and a User ID?

It now displays the Device ID and the User ID.
