dell streak cannot read isilo

please help,i have downloaded trial version of isilo to my dell streak.when i try to read files that i have put on phone i can't read it.it is different symbols and shapes undecipherable,what do i need to do.any and all help is greatly appreciated.i am new to isilo and android platform.
