ISILO on HTC mozart 7

i have downloaded the isilo for "windows phone", and i think i chose the correct platform. It then says, it will be downloaded the next time phone is connected to your PC> But my phone is connected to my pc at all time, and yet i cant find the software on my phone, so i think it isnt downloaded yet. I need isilo for my medicine stuff, and i m so helpless now someone please help me

Make sure that your phone uses the same Live ID that you used in Zune. Assuming that is the case, then try downloading directly using the Marketplace app on your device.

I have installed iSilo from Marketplace, and installed Zone on my PC, but can't figure out how to move the doc files to the phone. Any suggestions on how this can be done?

i am currently using HTC 7 mozart running in WP7 OS.
i have installed isilo from marketplace, and upload my pbd files from PC to my.isilo.com and downloaded it to my phone.
everything seem fine, you guys done a great job.
however, i do face 2 problem here.

1. i did download a zip file with 12 pdb files, when unpacking, 12 files are detected.
but after unpacking, only 2 files are viewable in my device, and i cant found the rest.

2. I can create any folder as i like, but i can't delete any of them, it just display:
"deletion ...... failed".

Have you tried going to the menu, and then selecting List/Extensions/All Files?

I would like to purchase isilo for my window phone 7,
1. i went to the marketplace and
2. search isilo,
3. click on buy,
4. it then requests for a credit card,
5. i click to add a credit card,

here's the problem, when i am filling the credit card form, it shows my country to be Singapore, where I am from Malaysia.

I then log in to zune.net, trying to change my address, but found no way

zune did detect i think, it says,

"The account you’ve signed in with doesn’t match the country for this webpage. To enable purchases, select the country for your account, then click OK."

but there no Malaysia to select in the list, the nearest country would be Singapore

so is that mean I currently can't make any purchases?

i can't find a way to buy isilo, i heard that WP7 did not run their market in Malaysia.
WP7 request me to fill up the form with Singapore's address, and I don't have one.

The Marketplace does not support all countries. So it sounds like an issue relating to that. You would need to contact Microsoft's Marketplace support for further information.

the windows phone 7 using user id or IMEI? so i can just using the locked pdb files by changing the id.
