    Default hyperlinks not working

    Please,

I have been converting html files to pdb and no problem. But I have this particular html file and when I convert it with Isilox into a pdb file the hyperlinks do not work - the hyperlinks work well in the html file. I have tried coping the file into word and then re-saving as html but still the same problem.

    Help!

    Arrow Sample

Most likely the file using an unsupported linking method. Would you be able to zip and post the HTML file so that we can take a look to determine the specific cause?

    Arrow Tables

The problem is that the content is enclosed within a single table cell and iSilo has a limitation with regard to jumping to content within tables such that it can only jump to the top of the cell.

In iSiloX, go to the Properties dialog for the entry you created for conversion of this document. In the Properties dialog, go to the Tables tab, and select the option "Ignore all table formatting". That will solve the issue.

when the file is in one doc or html not separate files you have to bookmark and then hyperlink to bookmark for it to work
