isilo 5.20 problem

I found that iSilo occasionally does not respond to the screen touch.
I have to close the program with the task manager.

I am using Desire running official 2.2 Rom.
I have already down grade to 5.19.

Am I the only one having this problem?
I have also tried the latest version 5.24
and I got the same issue.

Occasionally, iSilo freeze with no response.
If I wait longer, a warning is displayed saying iSilo
is not responding and ask if I want to close it or wait.

Would someone at iSilo please look into the problem.

Here is further information for your reference.
1) the problem never exists on iSilo 5.19, I experience the issue since 5.20 and also in the latest version.

2) here is my usage scenario.
- remove old iSilo
- fresh install the latest version
- set the button option for Left = previous page, Right = next page
- use the button to navigate between pages
- the program may freeze occasionally after moved to a new page

I see that for some other programs, there is bug reporting feature in case of failure,
is it something that can be enable in the application for easier fault report.
Furthermore, is there any debug mode that may help to identify the root cause.

Yes, I experienced the same issue even upgraded to 5.2.4.1

I never know when isilo hangs... sometimes it hangs after reading few pages, but sometimes hangs after reading for more than 10 minutes for the same document...

(i've set tap action to full screen when reading... not sure whether caused by this.)

I tried the latest release 5.25 but the problem still persists.
As suggested by other user, there are no exact patterns to reproduce the problem.

iSilo freeze while I move the page up & down with the touch screen.

As I said before, the problem never exists on 5.19.

I think the developer shall be able to trace back the changes and identify the codes that cause the problem.

This issue keeps me to stay on version 5.19 and never able to get upgraded to the latest version.

I'm feeling unhappy as a paid customer.
