Default Cannot read chinese with iPad

I buy iSilo v.5.19 and install in my iPad. I can read chinese in file .doc and I can not read chinese in file .txt(ANSI), .txt(unicode), .txt(UTF8) and .PDB, .PRC. Please advise. Thank you.

    Arrow Encoding

If the .txt file is ANSI encoded, then it it is not possible, as the ANSI encoding does not have the codepoints for Chinese. For UTF-8 encoded text files, you need to set the encoding in the options by having the document open in iSilo, then going to More/Options/Content and setting the Encoding option to UTF-8. Similarly, if you have iSilo or Palm Doc files that do not have an encoding set, you need to set the Encoding option to whatever the file content uses.
