Start up error

When I start iSilo on my BB 8830 it says it is initializing then displays iSilo Error... "Failed to create settings directory." Then displays under that line ....1:SDCard/ 2:store/
Is there a way to fix this?

Try creating the settings directory manually by connecting your device to your computer in Mass Storage Mode, then creating the directory path \Documents\iSilo\Settings. After doing so, disconnect your device from your computer and try starting iSilo again.

OK so I added the required folders to both the main memory and the media card and after restarting and trying iSilo again I get the same error.....Now I am asking what should the root directory be? Is the program looking for SDCard/Documents/iSilo/settings in other words should the media card have a folder SDCard first and the main memory have a folder store/ please more information?

Create a the Documents directory at the root of the card, so the card should not have a directory named SDCard. SDCard and store are what are used to referring to the card and the internal memory, respectively.
