how to get program to isilo

I just downloaded isilo to my iphone 3Gs. I would like to use it for the UCSF handbook, but I am having trouble downloading the handbook into the isilo on my iphone. I have used it for a few years on my palm and had no trouble - but can't seem to get it to my iphone. Any suggestions would be great - thanks.
