Default I ordered a registration code for the windows version and got a code for pocket pc

    Hello,

I ordered, or intended to order (I didn't record my keystrokes and mouse clicks to verify this after the fact) a registration code for the windows version of iSilo for use on linux via wine.

However the code that was provided to my email was for Pocket PC. I could see no contact mechanism on the iSilo site, I was hoping that someone here would point me in the right direction.

    Default No refunds policy

I notice on the iSilo website that there is listed "all sales are final". I suppose that makes sense as I do now already have an unlock code with nothing but my word that it will not be used. I am willing to assume that I erroneously clicked on the wrong product when I was checking out and buy another license if needed.

I've been a paying user of iSilo for the palm pilot through several generations of revisions (and generations of palm pilots m125->Tungsten E->Life Drive [sucked]-> TX->Treo) and have loved it. So really the fact that iSilo has delivered such fantastic performance is far more important than fixing my blunder with the mouse. Thank you for making a great product, the highlight feature especially was a huge benefit for me.

I am moving a different direction from the rest of the market, and will soon drop my cell phone coverage. So I'm looking at using a little net book as my ebook reader since palm seems to not make PDAs that aren't also cell phones.

One behavior that I really liked in the palm version that I don't see in the windows version (used under wine with Ubuntu linux) is the ability to conduct a search across multiple documents. In the palm version, if there is no book open a person can conduct a search, and all documents in that category are searched. Every ten documents or so the user is asked if they want to continue searching or not. What a great feature. I would like to do something similar in windows, maybe identify a directory and search all iSilo documents in that directory for matches. Other than that my test drive with iSilo via wine has been quite comfortable.

Default I did it right, ....

When going to buy another license I noticed that the links for the windows product are all discolored showing that I have visited there before. Then I noticed a few other posts from other folks that have ordered the windows version and got Pocket PC. It seems there is an error on site that makes the wrong code get delivered.

I would love to get a a windows unlock code if possible.

    Arrow Check email

Please check your email for your updated registration information.

We have just verified that there is no problem with the links on the store. It may be that you only read the first line of the item for "iSilo for Windows Mobile Pocket PC Single User License" and did not pay attention to the second line, as the first line reads "iSilo for Windows" and then continues on the second line as "Mobile Pocket PC".

    Default OK, thank you

I agree it is possible, but I find no match for ever having visited the page for Pocket PC in my browser history. Oh well, thank you for making a great product.

Default I ordered too but got no email with reg code

On Dec 28th I dwn loaded iSilo for Mac os but there was an error and I thought I canceled the order or it never went through. My credit card company called me today Jan 1st 2010 and asked if this was a valid charge. I never received an email with the registration code. Either send me the code or cancel the order please otherwise I will have to dispute the charge before the time limit runs out.

    Arrow Transaction declined

We have looked into your this and we found that you made six attempted transactions, all of which were declined by the credit card processor. So none of your attempted purchases went through.
