iSilo unable to access storage card

An iSilo for Blackberry user is having trouble getting an iSilo file installed.

There is a memory card present. When in iSilo, user gets message unable to access storage card.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If the device is connected to the computer via the USB cable in mass storage mode, then applications can not access the storage card, so make sure the user does not have the USB cable connected when starting and using iSilo.
