Anyone have any pointers to tools that I can use to get outlook to save my calendar and tasks data to an HTML file that can be used as a source file to create an iSilo document that will have my past activity?

Inside of Outlook, you could use the import/export menu item to get your data into Microsoft Excel. Once the data is in Excel, save your file as html before running iSiloX.
During the exporting process, you can change the options for the date range and what fields you want exported.
