Isilo freezing when opening file

I am having a problem with iSilo 5.07. I have bb curve 8900. I can open up some docs in my memory card but a few of them cause the hourglass to just continue forever, I can't close the program or do anything else until I turn off the phone, restart, try to open iSilo and then says application is not responding - process terminated. It was working before but doesn't anymore, and some files work and others don't. I don't know how to fix it, if anyone has any ideas, that would be much appreciated. Thanks

Message from iSilo rep that fixed the problem in case any of you have the same problem:

Start iSilo and go to the "About iSilo" screen. What version does the "About iSilo" screen say? Does it say "v. 507", "v. 507r2", or something else?...

You have the initial release of 5.07 then. Go to the download page and download again. There was an interim update. After installing, verify that the "About iSilo" screen says "v. 5.07r3" and then try the problem documents to see whether the problem is resolved.

i have a blackberry 9530, iam using isilo v.5.09 when i stroll from one doc. to another it will plause and the clock will run for 5 or so seconds, is there a fix?
