iSilo 5.06b1 for Android

Anyone else having issues using the track ball (g1) to select a link while in a document?
I have checked the assignment of the buttons and set it to default.
Pressing the track ball will allow me to select the document of choice while in the "menu" but once in the document itself...that feature dissapears for selecting a link within the document???

Had no issues of this type with preevious version prior to 5.1b

I missed the chance to comment on the previous upgrade...just to say that the response time is amazingly better. Good job.

Still dissapointed with the unfortunate "choppiness" as compared to other platform versions, (I understand the whole Java explanation but sadly that still leaves me with a choppy scrolling experience) but don't wanna look a gift horse in the mouth since I was really waiting for this app on Android.

Quick clarification: on the g1 - my trackball does function fully at the menu level (to move around and push to select) and it does work within a selected document but only to move around (up/down/left/right) and does not allow for push to select as it did in the previous non-beta version.

Trackball works but push to select does not.

We are looking into the issue of links not being selected when clicking the trackball and will post back with an update.

There is now an updated beta that addresses the link selection issue. Please give it a try when you get the chance.

5.06b3 is a go for trackball select success.
Nicely done. Thank you.

Just to throw my $.02 in for link selection up/down in a long line of links vs having to scroll right all the way through. Would be very helpful to me as well.
