This may be the same as some of the other posts but haven't seen it exactly so I will post this to add my request for button (keyboard letters) assignment capability.

On my Blackberry Curve, I am able to assign keyboard letters to functions/actions (s=smaller font, l=larger font, h=home, etc... also using letters for navigation). I assume this was programmed because the Curve is not a touch screen. Using buttons greatly increased usability.

I recently bought a Samsung Epix phone (hard keyboard and touch screen). There's a tab in the options panel for button assignment but it won't allow me to assign any functions/actions to the keyboard letters.

I also use iSilo on a Dell Axim x51v and it operates the same as on the Epix. The only difference is that the x51v does not have a hardware keyboard.

Would love to have keyboard key assignments in the pocket pc version when a keyboard exists if possible. Keyboard assignments are way faster than using the mouse/touch to navigate down into menus to do things.

Thanks....!
