Warranty of Isilo 4.x

I bought Isilo 4.x and one good day It stop to work. I click into isilo icon but it doesnt work anymore.

How can i Fix that problem?

I delete isilo from my Palm TX and I reinstall Isilo 4.40 (this is the only version of Isilo in your web page of 4.x) And It works fine, but I cant register my copy with the serial that Isilo company give to me.

I got my order number and everything.

I need my warranty because It wasnt problem of mine.

How can I fix it?

Perhaps you do not have your registration code correct. If you have lost your registration code, you can request it by filling out the Lost Registration Code Request form and submitting it.
