    Arrow Settings

The reply from the ping means that your Vista computer can reach through the network to the iPhone.

In iSilo on your iPhone, did you perhaps change the Access settings on the File Server View screen? What are the settings you currently have in the Access box there?

Default I have the same problem too

I could access the ipod with web browser http://192.168.2.102:8080 (file listing, Downloading).
I could ping my ipod with the address 192.168.2.102.
I could not map a network drive in Vista64 with using the ip adress given me in the dialogue in iSilo named File Server View > Server Address (192.168.2.102).
PC network address given me by typing ipconfig is 192.168.2.100.
Is a connection over ftp possible?

    Default Hope this Helps

I was brainstorming with the same problem, and went to the administrative services via the control panel. I was looking down the list and found a couple of services that had to do with file sharing turned off or not started. I'm sorry I cannot remember them because I was not paying very good attention, but maybe you can start there if the problem continues. Also make sure that the services are not blocked via the security software you are running. If I remember the services then I'll post again. Thanks.

    Question I can't map network drive :0(

I can't map network drive through Vista to iSilo installed on my iPhone 3G either.
I've followed the step-by-step directions to map a Z drive to the server address shown in the file server view on my iphone and it worked the first time and I was able to transfer half of my files, then it kind of de-mapped the server and it doesnt find it or read it anymore. . My computer replies that the network path is typed incorrectly or does not exist.
I am using my home wireless connection, and the iphone and VISTA PC are both hooked up to it. I tried both server addresses provided and neither work. I tried the ping 192.168.2.3 and it said 4.4=0, I turned on whatever was turned off in the control panel administrator window. I need help pls.
