Question transfer files to blackberry storm???

I have recently installed isilo on my storm via desktop manager and I'm now trying to transfer files from computer to blackberry to read (test isilo file) I have tried everything found at isilo support as far as transferring files with no success. My computer is running XP, do I need vista? Please advise or call.

    Arrow Step-by-step

You can transfer files to your device using any computer that supports USB mass storage devices. Both XP and Vista support USB mass storage devices.

See how to copy files for iSilo™ for BlackBerry®.

    Arrow BlackBerry Options

From your device's home screen, click Menu/Options/Memory. On the Memory screen, make sure that the Mass Storage Mode Support setting is set to On.

    Arrow Different

On the Torch, try Options/Device/Storage and then make sure the Media Card Support option is checked.
