How do i transfer a paid for account from one phone to another?

Basically, i paid for the one for my blackberry, but blackberry sucks, so now i have a Tilt, and want to activate it on that phone instead. How do i cancel it for the blackberry and activate it for the HTC Tilt, w/o paying another $20?
