    Default Change Windows Username

I am about to unlock my first isilo document. I would like to use it on both my PDA and on my Windows computer. However, my Windows username was something strange (let's call it X) but my PDA is named with my full name (ABC) because it displays on the welcome screen, etc. Therefore, the two user ID's are different so I won't be able to use the document on both when I get the unlock code.

I can change the PDA to X and iSilo sees the change, but I don't really want to unlock the doc with that name. In Windows, I have tried changing the username through the control panel, changing the registry, and installing/uninstalling iSilo, but iSilo still thinks my username is X, even though Windows now thinks it's ABC.

Is there any way to change my username in Windows to ABC without setting up an entirely new user account and transferring all the files, settings, etc?

    Thanks!

    Arrow No change

The user name in iSilo is based on your login account name. There is no way to change it.
