    Arrow Encoding

It sounds like an encoding problem. What is the encoding used by the document? Do determine this, open the document in iSilo and go to Menu/Tools/Document Information. On the Information screen, what does it give for the Text field?

    Arrow Utf-8

The document does not specify its encoding which is why it shows unknown. Most likely it is using a Thai encoding, but iSilo does not have support for converting from any Thai encoding. The only way you will be able to view documents with Thai characters is if the encoding of the document is Unicode UTF-8. So to get that for your Thai bible, you would need the HTML source for the Thai bible and the source would need to be in Unicode. You would then use iSiloX to convert the HTML source to iSilo format. Since you say that you got the document from a friend who got it from someone else, you probably do not have access to the HTML source, so unless you can get access to the HTML source, unfortunately there is nothing that you can do.

What program on the Pocket PC were you using to view this Thai Bible?

Thank you but I don't have HTML source. Is that possible to convert isilo format to HTML Source then convert back to Unicode UTF-8 again. Or IsiloX or any progam can convert PDB file with unknow Unicode to UTF-8 Unicode?
