Upgrade Error

App store showed that there was an upgrade to 1.5. When I upgraded, it showed it was downloading, downloaded, and began to install.

Then it hung up and locked up altogether. After re-starting, now I only have the iSilo icon that says "WAITING"...

I went to the app store to try to install, but it is not recognized as a purchased item and wants to charge full price to download.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

is the 1.15 upgrade not compatible with iphone 2.1? it just hangs during sync. Is there any way to revert back to v1.1 now ? i can't sync anything else because this syncs first and I'd hate to have to remove the program and lose all the files I transfered into it and my bookmark and size preferences. developers sure seem to have cut this one pretty rough.

Yes, version 1.15 is compatible with version 2.1.

Presumably what happens during an application update is that the iPhone OS installs the updated application to a new directory and then copies over the Documents directory from the old application directory to the new application directory. After doing that, it then deletes the old copy of the application. So if the update is taking a long time, it is probably because you have a lot of files or large files in your documents directory that the update process needs to copy and that is what is taking time to do. It may be possible that if you interrupt the upgrade process, your documents may get lost.
