You cannot.
iSilo for Windows does have an option to save the current document as a text file, but you lose almost all of the formatting in the process.

Plain text only
When you save as a text file with "iSilo for Windows", all you get is the plain text.
If the document was created by someone else, you can try to ask the author/creator for the HTML source files from which the document was converted.
