I downloaded the Royan Children's Hospital Clinical Practice Guidelines for pda. I have been able to open it with an iSilo registered version 4.05 for a week. However, I could not open it anymore and the return message says "this document has expired... contact the author or the publisher...go to the website and get a fresh copy". I have contacted the authors and their answer is that the problem must be with iSilo program. I have install at least 3 times the iSilo program and have downloaded the RCH-CPG over 5 times without success.

Any input will be welcome.

I just downloaded and tried those files and there is no problem with them with iSilo. However, it does appear that they have set the documents to expire on August 28, 2004. So the date on your device must be very much wrong.

I confirmed that the date in my pda is 30 June. What do tou suggest me to do next?. Have no idea, but I really appreciate the file (RCH-CPG).

What model device do you have?

Have you confirmed that you have the year correct?

The only other reason that there may be a problem is if your downloaded file is corrupted. Do you have WinZip or PKZIP? If so, zip the downloaded file and look at the CRC value. For RCH_CPG_mono.pdb it should be B7F207DB. For RCH_CPG_color.pdb it should be 8ECF52AF.

My device is a Tugsten T3. Year is correct.
Yesterday I downloaded other pediatric isilo documents and can open them without any problem.

I do not know what is CRC value and where I can look it for.

CRC value after winzip for the color RCH-CPG is correct. Is there anything else I can do?

I downloaded the colour file from other computer and sync at home. No it works. Something was going wrong at home where I downloaded the file.

isilo is not a windows ce application
