    Arrow Details

When specifically do you get that error code and how exactly is it presented (e.g., in a Window, with a title, etc.)?

The error may be an application permissions issue on your device. Try the following:
    1. From the BlackBerry home screen, go to Options/Advanced Options/Applications.
    2. In the Applications screen, move the cursor to the iSilo line, then go to the Menu and click Edit Permissions.
    3. In the "Permissions: iSilo" screen, move the cursor to the User Data field, then go to the Menu and click Expand.
    4. Move the cursor to the Files field, and set the option to Allow.
    5. Press the Escape key, and click Save.
After doing the above, try starting iSilo again.

There is a new beta4 that addresses these issues. Please give it a try.

Like ybraptor, all of my permissions were set to "allow." I also tried to download this to my media card (where I also made sure all permissions were set to "allow") and the same error code appeared (-2027749372). I deleted from the phone and then re-downloaded the beta version to make I was current.

I am open to any new ideas. Thank you for your patience, I look forward to having this program again.

    Default error 2027749372

I too am getting this error message on my 8130. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times from both the desktop manager and the media card. As soon as I click on the iSilo icon I get the error message. I point, I am not using the device with a data plan. Regards.

Have you tried the suggestion given in a previous post in this thread about setting the permissions?

    Default error message

Yes I have. When I did the initial install it asked to allow connections which I did, as I started iSilo it went to initialize then the error code came up. I went through multiple un-intalls/installs. I also did the manual change to the configurations that you described earlier. I denied, then allowed, no change. In addition I had some other applications on that I deleted with no change. I am still getting the brief flash of initializing then the error code pops up
iSilo Error (in grey area top screen)
    -2027749372 (below)
I am using an 8gb media card, don't know if this makes any difference.
This look to be a good product, I hope to be able to resolve this with your help.

    Regards.

I'm receiving the error "-2027749372" when I try to open a newly installed iSilo. Previously, iSilo would freeze whenever it was opened, and I had to delete the configuration folder to make it work one time before it froze again. I'm using the latest version and have reinstalled multiple times. Is there a resolution to this?
