Formats iSiloX

I am new in this forum, although I use iSilo in Palm OS and now in WM5 for some time. Not you very English (I use a machine translator in my PC), pardon.

He/she wanted to know the formats that it accepts entrance iSiloX and of exit, before installing it in my PC.
