Question marks

My isilo books are full of question marks. No words! Only question marks all over the pages. Thousands of pages of millions of "question marks".
Does anybody knows what'wrong?

It sounds like an encoding issue at the time of conversion. Did you convert the content yourself? What does the document information dialog say the document content is encoded as?

It says "Unknown".
I didn't convert the file by myself. I've found it on the web in pdb format.
I've found a lot of books on the web, and this problem occours about 70% of the times!!!
