    Arrow Reinstall

Try downloading a fresh copy from the download page and reinstalling.

I tried twice to download / hotsynch (successful), but iSilo still does not open from the Applications folder. Pls suggest other possible solutions. (N.B. - memory of device is less thaan half used.)

Unhappy iSilo suddenly fails to open on Palm TX.

I can no longer access my registered copy of iSilo. It fails to open on my Palm TX. I have also reloaded it and it will not open. Any help is appreciated.

    Arrow Corrupt settings

It may be that your copy of iSilo or the settings have become corrupt. You should delete iSilo and then reinstall.

To delete iSilo, go to the Palm application launcher screen's App menu and tap Delete. In the Delete form, select iSilo, then tap the Delete button.
After deleting iSilo, download a fresh copy of iSilo for Palm OS from the download page and install it to your device.

    Unhappy Still not functioning

I was in a meeting on this last Sunday morning and my palm centro decided to reboot while I was in iSilo. Then when it had finished I tried to enter into iSilo but for some reason it would just take me back to the menu instead entering the program. First, I tried installing a fresh copy of iSilo on the device but to no avail. I then used file z (because I couldn't find any other way on the palm desktop nor on the device itself) to delete iSilo from my device and all iSilo associated files on my card and then reinstall, but again, it was to no avail. I am wondering if there are any other ways to get iSilo to work on my palm centro.

    Arrow Delete per the above

Try deleting iSilo using the instructions given in the previous post (e.g., do not use FileZ to delete iSilo).
