Automating conversion of all files in a folder

I want to automate the daily conversion of a bunch of HTML reports in a Windows folder. Their names are not fixed and their number can vary. Is there any way to schedule their coversion using some sort of select all command?

No, there is no way for iSiloX to convert all files in a folder. You would really have to have something outside of iSiloX that can gather all the files and possibly have it write an index file that points to all the individual files.
