Hopefully someone can explain why when I convert a file and place it on my pda it is "thumbnail" size and not full size and there seems to be no way to enlarge it. What could I be doing wrong?

Assuming you are referring to an image, the default settings in iSiloX are set up to reduce images so that their width and height do not exceed a given maximum as determined by the initial device that you choose when you started up iSiloX for the first time. In iSiloX, go to the Images tab in the Properties dialog to turn image resizing off or to set different limits and reconvert.
