Question isilo for MAC and PALM

    Hello!
I've a macintosh (ibook G4 12') and i would like to know if i can have iSilo for mac and if books downloaded by isilo for windows will match.

By the way, i'm going to buy a PALM (and not a pocket pc), as it matches better with mac than pocket pcs, and i wonder if i will have the same amount of medical books available due to this option...

    Looking for help! Thanks!!!

PS- i'm a medical student, almost finishing.

The iSilo documents are not platform specific. In other words, an iSilo document will work in any iSilo reader ... Windows Mobile, Palm, Windows, whatever.

Unfortunately, there is no iSilo for Mac. You would be forced to read your documents on your Palm device.
Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription ... is more cowbell!

Damn...why does mac is always forgotten?
Do you know if it is going to be released a mac's version? For when?

By the way, are there any good sites to download medical books, such as Harrison's, Washington, Oxford pocket books, Nelson's, Shwartz and so on?

    Thanks.

The books you listed are copyrighted and are not available for legal download in iSilo format. Many are available for purchase from Skyscape, etc. in proprietary formats but they are expensive.

There are many medical references for iSilo, many of them free, available in the Medical iSilo(tm) Depot hosted by my website MeisterMed.

Hey small_spanky, i have good news for you. since you are using mac there is no isilo for mac os. BUT, you can download vmware fusion. it runs windows side by side or, you could use crossover.
crossover program does not run windows but it lets you run any windows application...
btw, even i am a med student... do you have any good medical books? can you tell me the site where i can download some pdb books?
