    Default support@isilo.com

Email messages to support@isilo.com seem to all bounce. Is there a way to contact support via email rather than a public forum?

    TIA

Arrow Look on the information page

You can find contact information on the information page of the iSilo.com website.

However, the forum is the preferred place to ask for support, as any issues posted and their resolutions are immediately available to everyone. Furthermore, the public nature of the forum has the benefit of being able to draw on the collective knowledge of the entire universe.

Any issues of a private or personal nature should of course be communicated via email.

    Hi,
I am really trying not to sound rude, I am just a little frustrated is all. I bought a reg for isilo from your web page and filled out all the information like it asked, including billing info. The web page says you will receive an email with your code momentarily, well I never got that email, so I figured hmm just give them a day an d maybe it will come, never did, fee went through my bank with no problem. So then I thought maybe I will register with the formums to try and figure out what is going on, never could register, never got the email from you guys. Then tryed sending you email and that hasn't gotten any response, now I do know the email address is working, I send email to myself to test and I receive emails and I do not filter or block any domains, so could I please get some help, its not getting marked as spam either, I also gave a second email address and I haven't got anything in it either.

Well it certainly sounds like something is up, but you may wish to try the Lost Registration Code Request to get them to resend it.

Just out of curiosity, how did you post here if you couldn't register?
Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription ... is more cowbell!

    Arrow Automated

The sending of the registration code after your purchase is automated, so it is always sent to the primary email address. Only if that email bounces is an attempt made to send to the secondary email address that you enter. So if you did not receive the email with your registration information, then it is probably the case that your email server is filtering it (e.g., without your knowledge) since you say that you yourself do not have any blocking.

Try as Voltage Spike suggests with the Lost Registration Code request.

Ok I sent the email off this morning according to the directions on your web page, this is also the second time I have done this, so hopefully something comes of it.

    Arrow Private message

beepbeep, if you sent the lost registration code request earlier today, then you should have received your registration information by now, so something must have happened. Why don't you send a private message here by clicking on the underlined iSilo user name above the word Administrator in the header of this message and include the information you entered into the lost registration code form so that we can try to expedite this.

    Dear iSilo,
Back about a year and a half ago I purchased isilo but had since lost my registration code. Can you look it up and send it to me.
