Registration code want work! Help please!

I have just purchased the latest version of Isolo... as shown below:

I have been using the trial version on my HP Jornada Pocket PC that
is running Windows CE. The exact version I have been using, and that is working properly (under the trial version) is Isolo v. 4.3 (C) 1999-2006 DC & Co. My problem is that the registration code given below does not work (it want accept it)(says number is incorrect). I have entered it with and without dashes, with all caps and with no caps. Nothing I do will allow me to complete registration.

Please help.

If you have a Pocket PC device, then you should have purchased a license for "iSilo for Pocket PC" rather than for "iSilo for Windows CE Handheld PC". "Handheld PC" devices are not the same as "Pocket PC" devices. Note that each of those are proper names created by Microsoft for two different incompatible variations of Windows CE/Windows Mobile, hence the capitalization of the names.

Note: This customer's issue was resolved privately outside of the forum.
