Opening .pdb document error on Treo650

Hi, I'm using a Treo 650 with iSilo 4.3. When attempting to open a .pdb document (that works for others OK) I keep getting the error message "To open this document, you will need to upgrade to the latest version".
I've re-installed the document + iSilo several times, still the same error appears. iSilo will still open older documents. Am I right in assuming the problem lies with the .pdb file or is this an iSilo 4.3 problem?
Any pointers would be very helpful.

Yes, you are correct. The problem would be with the document, since version 4.3 is the latest.

Seems the original file was corrupted somehow when downloading using ftp program for the Mac - 'Fetch'. Could also have been my download settings as it downloaded the file as 'text' not 'binary'. Anyway all OK with the new version downloaded by a friend.
