Question Need some helps on converting a page with both Greek and English

Hi, I am new here... but I have used iSilo for a while and I like it very much... OK I am learning Greek now and I have typed my note (includes Greek and English words) using Microsoft Word. But I want to transport to my handheld (Sony Clie NX-60) so I can study them on the road...

So I followed the other thread that converted my doc into html and using iSiloX 4.x to convert it with encoding of Greek (Win)... and then sync. to my handheld...

When I launch my doc with iSilo 4.x, I see everything in Greek even those supposed in English...

So, anyway I can have both language on one page?

    Thanx ahead,
    jl :-)

Arrow Not possible on Palm OS

Unfortunately, there is no known practical way to display characters from two different character sets simultaneously on Palm OS.

Actually, I've been looking at UReader (http://www.twinypalm.com/) which can do this. Any chance of getting UTF-8 support in iSilo? (Twinypalm also supply a font SDK, which looks like it would do this for you).

Arrow iSilo already has some support for Unicode

iSilo already has some support for Unicode in the form of having the ability to store a document's text internally in UTF-8 format. It's just that on Palm OS, the support for Unicode is very limited if present at all, depending on the device.

The font SDK is a possibility for the future, but it is a bit expensive too.

Sorry, I din't realize -- can I use unicode in my documents and see both cyrillic and german symbols at the same time?

Arrow Maybe on Windows or Pocket PC

Maybe on Windows or Pocket PC depending on whether you have the support there, but not on Palm OS.
