I downloaded iSilo from the website into my cell phone. I would like to pay for it to get a license key. For the life of mine I cannot find how to pay for the software. What am I doing wrong?

If you downloaded directly from our download page, then you can purchase a license at our store.
I did purchase at the apple store. Then, to my horror, it downloaded into my desktop computer. I checked and I cannot see a license number anywhere. Now I have an iphone iSilo on my desktop computer and I still do have nothing more than a trial version on my phone.
I am really frustrated and do not know what to do. I want it off the desktop and onto my phone. Can I download it again without having to pay for it a second time?

The iPhone version of iSilo does not require a registration code and there is no trial version. It installs fully functional on your iPhone from the App Store directly, so it sounds unusual that something would download to your desktop computer. It is actually impossible for the iPhone version of iSilo to download to your desktop. Could you please clarify on this?
Make sure that you have set up your iPhone with the same iTunes account that you used when you purchased iSilo from the app store. You should then be able to install it using the App Store app without being charged.
On my phone it says

Please provide a screenshot or picture of both screens, one of your phone's screen and one of your desktop's screen, showing what you describe, so that we can see exactly what is going on, as neither of those scenarios is possible.
I would like to do this, but I have no idea how. I am not good with these things. I am a senior, 75 years old and I don't know all these things. Can I just delete the whole thing and get a refund?

I have not heard anything from you in a few days. Can you please help me to get iSilo out of my phone and get a refund for what I paid. I am giving up on it.

You say that you purchased from the apple store, so you will need to contact to ask for a refund.

I gave up on iSilo for my phone, but I do need it for the tablet.
Can someone please tell me which version of iSilo I need for my new tablet?
I would really appreciate it. I want to make sure that I do it right. I already lost the money on the iSilo for my phone.
