Step ONE, find someone locally who has the files. Ask around and remember the files are the same regardless of the platform. THESE ARE NOT THE FILES on the cd-rom.
They should have names like
Get a copy and copy them to your computer.
Next connect your iPad to your computer
Open iTunes, select your attached iPad,
Now on the main display you will see headings
Summary Info Apps Music Movies TV Shows Podcasts iTuneU Books Photos
Below the display of Apps you will see a section called File Sharing
below that will be, on the left a list of apps and a scroll bar, on the right a file list,
Scroll down and select iSilo
You will now see a list of installed iSilo formatted pdb files and at the bottom right two buttons, "Add" and "Save to".
Click the add button and browse to where you have copies of the iSilo formatted PDB files.
Select those files and wait wait while they are copied to your iPad.
Disconnect your iPad and open iSilo. You should now see the copied files. If you do not use the internal file browser to go up or down your file tree and find them.
