samsung tab 2 font change

installed isilo on tab 2 7'' ice cream sandwich and cannot change font size. i can change on my old galaxy tab without any problems any ideas i have been using isilo since 2005 on my palm tx so i think i should know how to do these things

To change the font size while viewing the document, go to Menu/Edit/Options/Font and change the Size setting. If you need a bigger change, you can go to Menu/Edit/Options/Content and change the Magnification setting.

the font does not change when you change it it stays the same size.

Do you see any difference between when you set the Size to Tiniest compared with setting it to Largest?

no it never changes the font stays the same size, when you click on larger font it says it changes or it appears to but when you open the file the font is the same size and i also when to magnification and changed to 2x but nothing changes now this tab has ice cream sandwich on it don't know if that makes a difference. we were unable to download from market and had to download directly from your site an then register after purchasing

It should not matter which version of Android you have on your device or whether you got iSilo from our download page or elsewhere.

You say that the font appears to change. What do you mean exactly by that. Do you mean that when you back out of the options screens back to the document content that the text size actually changes or something else?

Are you able to change the font size of the iSilo Display Sample or iSilo Manual documents?

What is the model name of your device?

We are looking into purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" so that we can try to reproduce the problem to determine the cause. It may not be until later next week before we know more.

We installed iSilo 6.06 from our website onto a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and did not encounter any problems changing the font size or magnification settings. Whatever settings we made reflected correctly when we returned to the document. We tried with both the iSilo Display Sample and iSilo Manual files.

So we're baffled by what might be different with your device. If you go to the device's Settings/System/About device, what does it show for the "Model number", "Android version", "Kernel version", and "Build number" fields?

my problem is that i cannot change font using tools,option,font.
