Cant download isilo files

I have an MD-740 tablet running android 4.0 os. I am trying to download isilo pdb files from my employers website and nothing happens when I click on them. I can download them in pdf format, but then they are not hyperlinked and it is a pain to use them. I downloaded isilo from the amazon market and it shows up on my desktop but I cant do anything with it.

Ok, I did that and now when I click on my device from my computer it shows the files, but when I click on isilo from my device it does not show the files and I can't access them.

The files seem to be saved as ebooks which are not useable for my needs.
