help with frozen screen

Hi i recently bought iSilo to use with Therapeutic Guidelines. When I went to downloads - then put in the website address - the screen is frozen. with the words Downloading....... www.tg.org.au I am unable to cancel, I have turned my phone off and back on. but it's been like this for the last 3 days. I need some help as i need access to these guidelines on my phone. how do I fix this?

Try cancelling the download and trying the download from the beginning again.
