You need the iSilo formatted WtPub files. You should be able to ask around in your local area and find a number of people with the files you need. Then load them using your cable or a you load them on to a microSD card using a card reader. Use iSilo's internal file browser to locate and open the files.
IF YOU ALREADY KNOW SOMEONE USING THE LIBRARY ON A PHONE OR TABLET ask them if they are using the iSilo formatted WtPub files. IF they are those are the same files you need. The files are the same regardless of platform, it is the program that changes, there being different versions of iSilo for the different platforms.
