instal isolo- problems with Windows CE

Hi, I have purchased the full version of isilo. When I am trying to install it, it gives me error message "Can not find windows CE services on this computer" and the aborts the istalation. I have downloaded the windows CE services, and restart my computer but still giving me the same error message on instalation, any thought of how to sort this problem?
