Hi. You should checkout meekspace.com. I found them after Googling your same question a few years ago. They enabled me to load the Watchtower Library on my Palm Pilot. I now use an iPhone plus an iPad and thanks to those brothers, I have the wlib on both. I hope your device is compatible too. All the best!

No there is not. It is a "feature phone" with a proprietary operating system. Which means the iSilo folks can not create a version of iSilo for that phone.
