bookmarks pdf files not available

I have been using isilo to read the pdf files I need - however i have a big pb: I do not have accees to the TOC - the bookmarks I see in acrobat reader, on kindle and which I use for pdf navigation -eg go to chapter 6.

I am not sure in what ios app i saw this working at a friend, but could the pdf bookmarks be available in isilo please? I hope i dont need to buy a new app for this
