Hi, I sent private message...has anyone tried yet to see what may be happening. It seems that any file I attempt to download gets the same 404 error?

We had no problems downloading on Windows Phone using that URL. In the Download view in iSilo on your Windows Phone, are you able to go to the base URL http://my.iSilo.com without the numbers for downloading?

Yes, when I try to download my file the URL reads: http://www.isilo.com/wp/isilo/. I erase the wp/isilo and put in the numbers provided at the download site. This time, for instance it was: 05664134782 and hit "GO" and I get the 404 message. Could it be something with my isilo program?

Note that the download URL should start with my.iSilo.com and not www.iSilo.com.
