    Default lost data from PalmPilot Tungsten E2

    I have a palm pilot tungsten e2 and purchased the iSilo to put data on the expansion card. It has worked just fine until recently. the data is still on the card according to my computer but the palm pilot now only recognizes the iSilo manual and not the other data. Could anyone tell me where the problem lies? Thanks.

    How do you mean that your device only recognizes the iSilo manual and not the other data? Do you have iSilo installed? Assuming so, then you open your document files from within iSilo itself. If you do not have iSilo installed, then you need to have iSilo installed first.

    Yes, the iSilo has been installed for several years. However, the icon for it used to be on the main page and is no longer there. Actually that is not correct. The icon is there but when I click on it, just the manual appears where before there was a little truck with a star on it and a little filing cabinet at the bottom of the screen. It is no longer there

    You may have selected a different category. In the Launcher screen, try selecting the "All" category from the upper right category dropdown list.
