Isilo on 2 different devices

I have an Android phone and an Android tablet. I have purchased isilo for the phone, does anyone know if I have to purchase it again for my Tablet.

You should not need to in most cases. If you purchased iSilo from the Android Market and you want to or have to download from the Android Market on your tablet, make sure that you set up your tablet with the same Google account that you used when you purchased iSilo for your phone. If you purchased from our online store, then the same single user license is valid for both your phone and tablet assuming you are the only user of iSilo on both device.

Can my spouse share the use of my iSilo app if I already use it on my iPhone & iPad?

You should each purchase your own individual license for iSilo.
