Improve annotation iOs

Two seconds without moving to activate selection at all is an eternity and very frustrating. The ipad sensitivity is too high and this limit makes the function inaccessible from some. I am sure there are tons of people out there with rock steady hands, but i am not one of them. Just provide an annotate tool please. Pick just about any PDF annotation app in the app store as a reference. Does not even have to be that fancy.
