Default iSilox adding new URL with BROWSE

With version 4.26 I have been unable to uses the BROWSE function when adding a URL either to an existing project or with a new project. I can type in the URL and accept the new document but the BROWSE feature causes iSiloX to terminate. Any iseas? Note, this did not happen in 4.25.

    Arrow Nothing changed for browse

The changes in version 4.26 were minor and there were no changes relating to the browse functionality, so it is probably another problem. Perhaps your installation of iSiloX is corrupted. If you have scheduled conversions, disable them first, then try downloading a fresh copy of the iSiloX setup file and reinstalling.

    Default Re-install of iSiloX

Thanks for your reply. I have no scheduled conversions so this does not seem to be the problem. I did an uninstall and then a fresh install of 4.26 and still the program terminates as soon as I select BROWSE when adding a URL. I was going to try and install 4.25 but apparently I blew away that setup program.

Thanks again for your help, but that did't work. There apparently is something else going on in my computer. If I start in safe mode the browse function works OK, so I guess that eliminates iSilox as having any problems. I am trying to figure out who the culprit is by going thru MSCONFIG selectively.

    If you have any ideas....

Sorry about the delay in telling you the resolve. Over the course of several days I worked with Microsoft and ultimately determined that an application from STARDOCK (makers of wincustomize) had a bug that kept me from accessing the BROWSE feature. Once that app was updated everything worked fine.
