Q2. When open some Chinese encode document like Big5 code, current version is easy to hang up iSilo application, slow response and application quits abnormal.

I have tried iSilo 6.11 for iOS on iPod Touch Gen 4, iPad 2 and iPad mini; all of them have same symptom. May I know how to reinstall with previous version as it is relative stable than current version.
